My mail is going somewhere how do I change address and how much it's going to cost?

If you process the change of address online, your credit card is charged $1. If you print the form and give it to the Post Office, then no charge. You state your mail is "going somewhere" - you have to know the address it's being delivered to in order to have it forwarded to a new location :)
