Called several times today for lost 2 more lost packages stated to have been delivered. No answer. I will once again have to go down to prompt them to look for misplaced packages.

I went to pick my mail up on Sunday, which the sign says they are open from 6 AM to 11 PM for the lobby. It was closed. About seven other people showed up while I was there trying to get their mail as well. I have pointed out to them a few months ago that their sign is incorrect and they need to fix it. But nothing has been done. Some people traveled great distances to get their mail and for them to not be open when they say they’re going to be open is really disconcerting. The service is always great but they need to be open when they say they’re going to be. This is a government agency that needs to be held accountable.

USPS employees and the postmasters, think they own it all..... including the mail. Why? Unknown.

It must’ve really raised their prices. I just had to pay over $80 for six months for my small PO Box.

If you process the change of address online, your credit card is charged $1. If you print the form and give it to the Post Office, then no charge. You state your mail is "going somewhere" - you have to know the address it's being delivered to in order to have it forwarded to a new location :)
Actually, the Lobby is closed every night between 11pm and 6am ... not just Sunday nights
