Call the WIC office. They are not doing in person appts right now but they can help you over the phone and email you the forms you need. Then you will get a WIC card and shopping guide and you can get your stuff depending on your child's age. If your baby is under 1 and your breastfeeding you can get baby food and food for Mama. If under 1 and formula feeding you can get like 8-10 cans of formula, banana, and baby food. If over 1 then they switch you to regular food.
