Giving a tip is the right thing. Don't tip if they're bad to you.

I'll second Nectail Carrillo's answer so if they treat you well and do a good job, if they don't then don't.

Tipping for a good job is always a good practice.

Never used their service, but I'd expect do.

You should always tip for services rendered, unless you're unhappy with the job they performed.
