I'm planning to go there. I can't communicate by their phone service. I just wanna know, 1: if I need an appointment before get there or it doesn't really matter. 2: What documents do I need? There's no way to contact them by phone number.

Appointments dont appear to help you skip the line. But some services require an appointment. The documents you need depend on what you want from them (visa, passport, authentication, etc). See their website and the reviews in google maps for more info.
