Hi, I need help with a charge I had when I went to wash my car. When I stopped the washing at the car wash the charge on the screen said 4.50 but in my banck account it says 20.00. Is there someone I can talk to about this?

Hello Fanny, Thank you for your inquiry. This is a question that we receive quite often. We have posted signs at every bay at our carwashes that explains this but they seem to be easily missed. Depending on who you bank with, your bank may put at $20.00 hold on your purchase when you slide your card at our carwashes. Once the transaction has cleared (typically takes 3-4 days, depending on your bank) the transaction amount will revert back to what you actually spent. So if you spent $5 at our carwash, the transaction may read $20.00 while it is in the "Pending" phase and will turn to $5.00 when it is "Processed". I hope this helps.
