I have tried calling the number and leaving voicemails texting the phone number and no reply. How do I get my 13 bucks back from my $7 car wash purchase with a $20. You guess it , it did not give me change.

It's tough, Brandon, to get hold of them. Keep pestering the voicemail or texting. I finally got a phone call back for my past problem, they refunded my cost for a wash *and* gave me $20 credit to use in their car wash app. The app works well and is much better than using the tokens or a credit card at the wash Bay. So keep trying to reach them.

Ive seen an employee show up in the evenings (9ish) to maintain the site. They, whomever "they" are, have another car wash further down the ElCamino, still in Mountaun View, toward Palo Alto. Its busier, and has an on site detailer maybe find answers there..... probably should use exact change next time.

You probably don't. It's super shady like I said :-(
