I was charged for an extra day because I dropped off the car after hours. I rented with enterprise several times and at various locations but never had such an issue. The branch executive said they have their own policies on returning after hours.

Upsold me on collision protection by saying it was not covered by insurance. I called insurance and confirmed that I am covered and cancelled coverage within 10 minutes. They still charged for a full day of coverage. Desk staff is unhelpful, confirm all details with insurance before signing anything
