I went there with my wife and daughter as we travel for work and I told my wife to go in there and take a shower because per California state law it is illegal to deny such amenities to traveling professionals such as truck drivers traveling nurses economy gig workers etc. the lady was pretty rude and told my wife that she cannot shower that the showers were only for truck drivers so I then proceeded to enter the establishment and had a very long conversation with her about how illegal it is for an establishment that provides such services to deny a traveler or a gig worker such amenities I went as far as showing her the codes the sections of the law where it states that it is illegal for an establishment to do so hopefully they fix that soon Because they are liable to get sued
We only have couple showers and designate them for the truck drivers only because of their busy schedules. We treat everyone equally.
Probably cause homeless was using them and did not treat them right
