I’m giving USPS a 5 Star and their customers 1 Star. The wait has been long both times I’ve recently had to go, but you can see the employees working hard, navigating all the steps on their computers as fast as possible. When I mailed my passport the employee saved me money by choosing a lesser known shipping format, all in the middle of a rush. Today Kia also did an amazing job and despite dealing with customers that took 15+ minutes she just said “Thanks, we got through it together. Have a good day.” As a customer, If you plan on going there, be prepared. Looking for a package? Have the tracking number ready. Sending something to your cousin? Don’t go digging for the address now, have it saved and open. It’s a courtesy to us all.

Lousy service!! Maybe shorthanded I guess but had to wait 30 minutes in line for them to find a missing delivery to my PO Box. Yup, they lost important mail to my PO Box, had to wait in another customer service line. Didn't acknowledge the line of 5 people until 30 mins later. Finally got to a rude clerk (I said hi, she didn't of course). She looked and couldn't find the mail. Horrible experience.

I frequent the Tracy Post office to send out care packages. Not once that I had to wait long to be helped. Postal clerks are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to my next visit with friendly clerks!! BRAVO!!!

Worst experiance two times the mail came back to my address rather to the place need to go and it is very important document need to go to SF Embassy already delaid and the stuff is not ready to hear the issue and checking in there system. We can't track as no update on it and showing the previous tracking informtion. They need to listen and help the customers to get there issues resolved. I am notgiving any start for there customer service. Lastly I got a good representative who helped me out to resolve the issue hopefully the package will go on the right destination as she had change the destination in there system.

Maybe they changed the whole box assembly. Everyone needs to go to P.O and get new keys.
I think it is $15, Go yo the window in the Post Office.
You'd have to ask the postmaster.
No Tracy Post Office does not process passport applications. Try Stockton West Lane Post office for passport applications.
Call the postal annex.
You can schedule with USPS online to pick up or if you see a mail truck in your neighborhood just signal them and let them know you have packages. They will take and scan them for you.
