Change of address can be done online
You must come in the DMV complete an application take a new picture the cost is 31 dollars and your new license with the new address will come in the mail
You must notify the DMV, which you can do most easily online at DMV.ca.gov. They will not print an updated license until next time you renew or lose your license, but you can keep the change of address confirmation for your records.
If you already put in for drivers license it just might be to late to change it but don't quote me because alot of things have really changed
