You need to bring a parent or guardian (18+) with a photo ID of the adult to sign the forms for consent. And you also need to have the adult present to get the piercing done.
My daughter was 16 well almost 16 so I just said she was already 16. They had me fill out a few forms 10min paid and zip done!! Is great I left there is a positive feeling about that place I love them I'm going back I'll be taking my daughter back and also I'm going to go in and pay down there me and new grill because they're grills are sick love them great place to go
