I took my 2016 Ford C-Max in for a recall repair. The Service Advisor asked me if I wanted my vehicle washed and vacuumed. I said yes as long as they do a good job. When I picked up my vehicle after the repair, I noticed that the inside of my vehicle was hardly even vacuumed. There were dirt on all the car mats and under the mats. Whoever vacuumed my vehicle did a terrible job. I was very disappointed. If the Service Department offers to wash and vacuum customers vehicles, then at least do a good job.

This is a first time I took my Ford Escape 2022 for the recall. Myron one of the Manege and Matt DeTorres in sevice department super nice and understanding people. They take care of my car . They understand that I have to work in the afternoon, so he back and forth check of my car to see when the technician will be done for my vehicle. They try to explain everything very well to me for the services. Matt DeTonrres even offered me to wash my car. I very appreciate them for take good care of me and my vehicle.. I Recommend that you should bring your vehicle to come here for the cervices.

They gave me a hard time getting my truck fixed. It took over an hour to talk them into doing it under my extended warranty, that was expensive. Then it took them a week to do it. This place used to be great, I have bought 2 trucks there and I always had great service and a rental if they were going to have it for more than a day. NOT anymore, I don't know what has happened to the place.
