Hi Betsy, Thank you for reaching out to us. Pennsauken Township met its requirement for affordable housing before Haddon Point was constructed. However, you can contact the township for a list of communities in the area that do offer it.
Hi Betsy, We require proof of income for 2.5 times the monthly rent. If your section 8 covers along with any other income you have then you would meet the income requirements. Pennsauken met all their requirements for Affordable Housing so we do not have any at this property.
