Visited here often because a close family friend lived here. They always enjoyed their time. Obviously not a luxury apartment but it was clean, affordable, and issues were resolved in a timely manner. You can't hate the location either.

All the bad reviews come from tenants who were evicted, Penn Garden renovated over half its units in the last two years, there is no mold what so ever around here, and they have an excellent maintenance staff.
