We had reservations for 6:30, did not get seated til 7:05, but once we finally got seated the waiter, chef & the food was great. The food portion size was very small for the price we paid. Also, they need to have more condiments. They had no sugar, honey for the Tea. Overall restaurant is just a little to pricey & unorganized.

My experience was horrible . My reservations was for 9:30 . We didn’t start dinner until 11:45 just for our rice to come out hard and meat to be under cooked . The GM . Attitude was horrible ! Customer service should never involve arguing with a paying customer because service is trash and take pride in calling himself a gm and add on “ you never dine here anyway” . When I have been coming here for years . Jenny is almost like family to us . we experienced worse like Reggie burning his hand .. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.. the gm was very unprofessional. I can’t believe my experience for my anniversary dinner . I have never argued with a manager at a restaurant a day in my life . My bill is always over 250 ! And today was the worse ! I’ve been here for years !!!!!! And never had a situation like this ! I walked out The drink were great . Management needs to get under control. And to say he doesn’t care “ byeeee see ya” .. lost more then just a customer. And this seems to be a “ thing “ now after reading others review

The food is decent. But the ambiance is non-existent anymore. The service was below mediocre, and it's definitely not worth the price tag. I think there are better hibachi places out there today
