Hair happens. It grows all over us. It certainly sucks finding it in your food, but i wouldnt consider it a complete write off from trying this place again. We've beem several times, and had exceptional service! Please don't let this be your only experience.
Never heard establishment not remake if hair is in there. Every place tries not too as it's just looks bad. Always tell the staff. They will jump thru hoops to apologize
