Dude, do the application for 50 bucks online, then there is some doctors who will accept it and only charge you 100 bucks to get your actual card. I'd shop around, but don't pay more than you need too.

I highly recommend Maryland Cannabis Physicians in Westminster. It's a great office, really helpful staff and docs.
