Yes, that lot is now parking for the Church.. right on the corner of St. Louis and Rampart.. the little small lot right across the street is also for the Church
I visited there in December of 2013 and I was given a tour of your place.The person who gave me the tour said they wanted that parking lot but were not having any luck in getting it. I suggested he /they pray to Our Lady of the Immaculate Medal and we prayed right there on your front steps,"O Mary conceived with out sin pray for us who have recourse to you!"I loved visiting your Shrine.
