After 9:30 it switched to a "Blues Bar" out back and it was 21+ only, before 9:30 it was all ages.
No there is a restaurant up stairs there was a singer not sure about down stairs but I would say no small children and I would say you won't get served but I found out if you are married and your spouce is 21 they can have their spouse served in Louisiana

I think on concert nights you can be accompanied by an adult if under age. But I am not sure because they serve food until 10:00 so possibly it's considered a restaurant
Not to the restaurant, most, not all, shows at night are 18 and over. Just have to check. 21 to drink though
