Saw a burlesque show advertised in town here and I took my friend. It was their first time at a burlesque show. The theater was nice, a good cozy size. Drinks were good and simple. Not as crazy as some other New Orleans bars, at least for the time of day we went. Was a good experience.

Our bartender Adina was really lovely! She answered all of our questions about the venue and the city really well and when some crazy dude interrupted our conversation by screaming his drink order at her she handled it like a boss. He just seemed miserable and mad that we were all having a good time. Wrong city for that bro. But anyways, loved the venue, loved the drinks, loved the vibe! Will come back! You can buy at the door. We did. There would be a risk they are at occupancy. We had to wait till someone left.

Tuesday comedy night is on Tuesday, while Thursday comedy night is on Thursday! *badum tiss* 😹😹 Seriously, though, Thursday nights are a free comedy night and appears to be an open mic event.
Thursday nights are open mic for comedy and they usually start about 8:30 or so and sign ups are around 8. The amount of minutes each comic gets depends on where they are in the lineup. Red Bean and Nature Boy are the guys to talk to when you get there.
