I'm not sure but if you can, you would have to write a letter requesting a hearing and address it to your worker's supervisor most likely. I hope this helps at least a little. I would do as soon as possible though.
Yes that's the correct way , and you have to explain the situation with the miscommunication u got. Every one's got the rights for a fair hearings . Good luck . Don't wait very much for the fair hearing
