I Would NEVER refer someone I loved here for ANYTHING. try FreedomCare or any other agency. If you work as an aide you'll be paid less than all the other agencies in Buffalo. YOUR CHECK WILL BE SHORT/MISSING OFTEN.Call around see for yourself. The CEO and all management are scared of their own shadows with no backbone. THEY WONT HELP. choose another agency if you care about yourself or your loved ones.

Tried to obtain the basics of help from this joke of an organization and they proved to be a complete waste of time. I cut ties with them after 2 months. I explained to them in detail what I needed help with they pushed the sign up papers. Person assigned to me did a lot of talking and not a lot of doing... Could not even print PDF's from a memory stick correctly that I needed to fill out and email back...... Joke joke joke.... The time spent actually trying to get help hurts you more because you are not accomplishing anything and spending way to much time trying with this organization. STAY AWAY!!!

Hopefully your loved ones are not being driven around by them, had a van fly past me on the southbound 400 doing somewhere in the mid 90s if not triple digits. Very reckless
