Hike, run ,bike , all. mountain bikes are respectful of hikers or runners.
Can dirt bikes go on them
You can absolutely go for a run there.
Trail running is welcomed.
I've went for a hike there. Beautiful trails with lots of colors and a nice waterfall. Use your ears. Don't get run over by a dirt bike or quad.
U can run walk dirtbike mountain bike,will have areas dedicated to different activities so u wont get run down by mountain bikers
