You should really ask the local police department for a list of all the laws and rules. It is in my children's backyard, literally and my son-in-law was fined $200 for riding off season. When I say off season I believe there is a certain time of the year allotted for hunters. It's best to speak to a DMV or local police department. I'm pretty sure dirt bikes have to be registered in MA.
