I visited my father's grave site and saw a number of people laying wreaths on various graves. Is this for all veterans and do I pay to have one for my father?

People pay Wreaths across America or bring their own. Some people make donations and some wreaths are placed randomly.

I think this is a new thing they are doing. My dad is buried there and I know it was not done the last time I was there which was 2010 as I've moved and havent been home for awhile. I assume it's free, you may want to call their Main office.

My dad was a World war 11 vet in the Army. He lived in Massachusetts the majority of his life. He came to live with me for medical reasons. His wishes were to be buried at The Bourne Memorial Veterans park. He has been cremated.
