I don't know own if they carry guanavana. However, they carry kale at an amazing price. And kale is also good for cancer.
If Ghanaians is that big yellow, hard to find, tropical fruit with a spiny shell, that's reputed to be good for people with cancer. I've seen them at Sprouts in Westwood, (sadly too late for a friend, but that's another story.) I'd call to check availability first. Also they aren't cheap. Apparently they don't travel well.
