I went in there to get two sandwiches and it took 45 minutes. The lady that was there didn’t care, she kept talking to the other employees and chitchatting. Showing absolutely no urgency, even though people were waiting for their sandwiches. She kept muttering under her breath, and seemed miserable, but she shouldn’t take that out on me, it’s not my fault.

I want to note the high responsibility, professionalism and customer focus of the administrator and store security staff. Last Sunday, while shopping in the store, I lost a package with valuable things for me. The next day I turned to the store with a request to see this package on the trading floor. The administrator checked, called me back and said that they did not find my loss in the trading floor, but she also wants to check the video camera recordings. Then the administrator specified the time of the visit to the store and how I was dressed. As a result, my package was found! The recording showed that I had left it in the cart. The security staff saved my package like they usually do with forgotten clients and handed it over to me! Many thanks and respect to all!

If I come to Los Angeles again, this is a place I will definitely like to visit. It was so much fun shopping here. Unforgettable experience. A huge variety of items keep you occupied and amused at the same time. I could spend my whole day shopping here because of the ambience and great behaviour of the staff. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

4/822/ 11:20 am I went there to get a meal before my work, picked up a heat and eat meal and went to deli to heat it up, the lady working there was helping a customer getting an sandwich, she ignored me so hard the other customer told her to help me first, when she came to me, I asked her if she can hear my food. She said we have a no heating policy, it’s just a policy we have, and again went away, so I just stayed there for another 5 minutes, so the other customer again sent her to me, when she came back, she asked me if I have my receipt, I told her I just paid for it, right there 5 minutes ago, she told me because people always take our food and just eat it. So I asked her if she is telling me if I stole the food? She said lots of people just take our food and eat it. And left again!!! Couple minutes later a guy came to me asking what I need, I told him I need to heat my food, then the lady started walking to the guy telling him to get my receipt! The guy took my food and put it in the microwave, at that time I walked back to the register, asking the cashier if she still has my receipt, she told me sorry it’s in the trash and I told her well can you get it please. She took my receipt out of the trash, so I took it to the guy, and he gave me my food, then I went to a group of employees hoping one of them be a manager, talked to the guy, told him everything and when I told him I had to fetch my receipt out of the trash to get a 5 dollar food, he didn’t reach for it. He reached to my food and when he saw it’s worm, he told me ohhh so they did hear it up like nothing happened if they already heated my food!!! Horrible service.

7 to 10 every day.
No
You can call them and check with them.
I, believe they do. Though the better deals and quality on whole roasted chickens is at the "365 Whole Foods" on Pico and Cloverfield. Also, Whole Foods sells large roasted chickens for $7.99. Very delicious!
Not sure. Possibly this info is listed on line or either call Sprouts or ask when you go in to shop.
No. It's the one day each year that Sprouts does not open at all
No. Just small plants on a seasonal basis.
I am sorry I didn't understand the question.
