I live in this neighborhood always walk In the store with my service dog,an employ can’t recall her name but Kehlani her superior should educate her on the American disability act. She told me I have to leave the store because I was in there with my service animal, she did not ask is she was a service animal she just said leave the store and I proceeded to tell her no she is a service animal. But over all she was very rude and kehlani should educate her before vone gets a discrimination lawsuit can costs her employee to lose her job for negligence of the law

I want to note the high responsibility, professionalism and customer focus of the administrator and store security staff. Last Sunday, while shopping in the store, I lost a package with valuable things for me. The next day I turned to the store with a request to see this package on the trading floor. The administrator checked, called me back and said that they did not find my loss in the trading floor, but she also wants to check the video camera recordings. Then the administrator specified the time of the visit to the store and how I was dressed. As a result, my package was found! The recording showed that I had left it in the cart. The security staff saved my package like they usually do with forgotten clients and handed it over to me! Many thanks and respect to all!

This is a terrible Vons but it is what it is! Service is a little slow but the staff are always friendly. I give an extra star because the have a small but decent beer selection.

This Vons has all the items you have come to expect at a 21 century American supermarket along with coffee services and automated checkers. They also must have an aggressive drug testing policy because I have never seen any evidence of amphetamine use. So basically Bring plenty of patience,leave your clock at the door and plan on being inside for way longer then you would think.
