Is Randleman public library open to the public.
Hi there! Under Executive Order 151, Phase 2 was extended until at least 5 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2020. This means the Randolph County Public Library system will only be doing curbside pickup until then. What we'll do depends on what the Governor decides to do at that time: extend Phase 2, rollback to Phase 1, or proceed to Phase 3. If the Governor does decide to proceed with more re-opening (at what phase we would re-open is unknown) and before we open to the public, we would need to order material and cleaning supplies to ensure social distancing. We'd love for you to give us a phone call at 336-318-6801 so we can help you get some free DVDs and books! We're open M-F 9am-5:30pm and Saturdays from 9am-12:30pm. Take care! P.S. If you like us on Facebook, you'd get automatic notification of when we'll re-open to the public or any changes in services.
Last time I called & asked they told me july 1st if everything was calmed down & safer by then but it's not no where near safer so I'm not sure but they do answer the phones during the week, during business hours. They also told me if I knew what books I wanted to borrow I could go on the website or call & have them delivered or could pick them up by the door.
