I was forced to use those steep steps in the front on crutches since they refused to allow me to use handicapped entrance. Very sick people run security check in.

The most unethical, impertinent courthouse staff you will ever encounter. You are quite literally not allowed to bring ANYTHING into this courthouse for any reason. No cell phone, no purse/handbag of any kind, no smartwatch, the list goes on. If you have any of these items on you, you can either walk back down the numerous flights of stairs to your car (as I witnessed them force an elderly patron do), or they conveniently have lockers you can PAY for. I have interned with DAs and courthouses all over the state, in cities both bigger and smaller than this place, and this is NOT the norm. Anywhere. Do not expect any form of respect from the officers up front, the DA staff, the clerks, etc. They have no interest in serving you or the community. It's a complete embarrassment to the area, I would be ashamed to be associated with them in any way. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the NCDOJ, and even if nothing is done (which I anticipate will be the case), I wanted to give a fair warning to anyone else who is unfortunate enough to visit this place. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself, take care of your business, and get out of there as soon as you can.

The officers checking me inside the courthouse were nice and very helpful. The clerk of court lady that answered all my questions was also courteous and rapidly found the needed info. Not a bad experience at all!

Check out the newest videos on YouTube to see how incompetent these people are. They dont care about weather. They just want your money.

No
Court is still in session. You need to do whatever you can to come to the courthouse if you have court.
Yes, of course you can call.

Yes, like Jessica said, make sure you have your specific case number along with the correct county you were charged in. Go to: https://www3.nccourts.org/onlinepayments/menu.sp
You need to contact the clerk's office and ask to re- calendar your court date.
A judgement is made as to how much child support should be paid and to which party
You'll have to call to ask them, they're not affiliated with Google maps ijs friend
Is it first appearance? Or morning court? Minor traffic like speeding? Times are all different for those. But morning court im always there at 9am.
What happens in child support court
No. You have to set up an appointment with the magistrate to get married. No walk -ins.
It's normally around 930am. I would plan on being at the courthouse at 0900 am to get through security and find your courtroom.
Normally, Randolph Co. prefers mail money order payment or in person. I suggest you go pay in person because that's the best way to verify that it has been paid. And you can get an immediate receipt. But here is some more information for you. Just copy and paste this: https://www.nccourts.gov/locations/randolph-county/randolph-county-payment-information
Is it a first appearance in district court?
There are many courts going on in the courthouse. If yours is set for 2pm, yours is for the afternoon. Is it District court?
What if i couldn’t pay with in 40 days and the court lady says its to late to pay but she says it 50 dollars late fee how many days do they give to pay after ?
The AM session doesn't end at 12. In Randolph County, for most sessions, "AM" means you are on the regular calendar and "PM" means you are on the add-on calendar. Long story short: If you are scheduled to be in court tomorrow at any time, show up at noon.
Superior is cancelled on 12/11/18. District starts at 12pm. Phillip if you are on the calendar you need to show up at 12.

Nevermind chris, its someone who could care less a out helping others. Usually its at the probate court. No you do not need a lawyer but they will make sure all your paperwork is correct and know what to look for so there are no issues in the future.
