U have to go downtown or there are 3 kiosk around the city to make payments. Just moved to Asheboro so not sure of the addresses but they are like red box kiosks I was told.
No I don't think so
You dont need to make a profile but you do need to talk to someone so they can tell you what your account number is so you can call and pay it. Because of this covid everything has gotton so diffcult to pay for the most part. All i can suggest is to go downtown to the offence and they have a phone number you can call and take care of things that way.
