Because they clean up in and make sure everybody's all right back there for the most part they police our selves and with people in houses take and break our stuff and then we have to start all over again so it goes back around to taking stuff out of the dumpster to try to sleep or stay warm the homeless in transit community around the surrounding area are like one part of the ecosystem we look out for the people in the house so they can get to work and feed your kids and family
I didn't encounter any homeless people.
