I doubt answering the phone as the employees are to busy spending time trying to get people checked out in under 30 minutes. Yesterday was horrible, card machines down, gift cards not scanning, etc. What a mess.
Usually I have to page a section other than who I'm trying to reach. You'll usually get someone in electronics or deli. Then just ask them to transfer you.

Seldom. It's not because they don't care, it's due to staffing problems and often the phone system is down.
I’ve never called this particular Walmart. But I have called others a few times in the past. WHEN/IF the answer, they’re so rude
