We got our current bike from there they always acknowledge us when we walk threw the door and always ask if they can help us with anything the owner helen is very friendly and always stops to talk with us !
Ive never had an issue at Brunswick HD. I bought my current bike from them and have have been buying parts from them for years. Theybe always been great and the staff has alway done whatever they could to try to help me. Sometimes i had to come back but thats only because i was hoping to get squeezed in and they just didn't have time. So i mad an appointment. Lol
So this makes your 4th review and three kids f them are complaints, it might be time to look in mirror? You arrive at some place at busiest time of year and want them to drop everything for you, did they offer you an alternative? Like come back later? How would you feel at your local dealership if you had an appointment and they didnt get your bike done because somebody traveling through wanted a service?
You can't exactly just show up at the busiest time of year and expect to jump the months long wait list. The staff at Brunswick have always been amazing. I find it hard to believe they were rude and find it much more likely you didn't get what you wanted so you decided to say negative things.
All Harley dealers take travelers first,because the are far from there home town,I've never had an issue while traveling with any dealership pulling me rite in if I needed something,even when it was just a blown fuse,so if that's the way Brunswick treated you,move in spitzies,adrondack,and Ronnie's Harley Davidson's would love the business. And would take you rite in the door as a travler
