I was looking for my aunt who I had not seen in 20 or more years. The service coordinator was kind and helpful. I am a disabled veteran and was having a bad day when she helped me. She found the nursing home my aunt was in and gave me directions for it.

No but it is a secure facility. Meaning you cant just walk in without being let in
