I lived here for 1.5 years and I could not say enough good things about this complex. If I didn’t need to move for personal reasons, I would have lived there happily for years. I have 2 small dogs, and it was a great quiet area to walk them around during the day. The grounds are well cared for, and any maintenance needs were addressed quickly, usually the same day. The best part was dealing with Gia when signing up to rent, and then again when we had to move out. She genuinely cares about the people she rents to and does everything she can to accommodate you. If you are looking to move to an apartment complex in the area, this would be my first choice!

Great development. I've lived in one of the older buildings for about 5 years and don't have any real complaints. Personally I'd say the area itself is the best part. The development is quiet, nice to walk around, has well-spaced out buildings, and has a surprising amount of wildlife (including deer, plenty of birds, and chipmunks). Also -- despite the fact that you get the feeling you're in the middle of a park -- the development is literally within walking distance of Walmart, which is extremely convenient. As far as the apartment itself, I live in one of the cheaper/older buildings (there are newer ones with different floorplans) and it's been good. Appliances are decent, windows are pretty big, and central heating/AC is great. My upstairs neighbor's floor does creak, but I'm on the bottom floor & the soundproofing is good otherwise. Some apartments also have really nice views (unfortunately mine does not, though my cat enjoys watching the birds). It's been a while since I was apartment hunting in the area, but I've also been satisfied with the price vs quality. Finally, as others have mentioned, Gia is a wonderful property manager and all of my interactions with her have been great. I'm currently in the process of moving to Seattle and she's been very accommodating in terms of lease extensions and such. The maintenance teams are also great and you'll usually see them around keeping the landscaping in good shape.

We lived in the Woods for 1.5 years. I have to give a huge shout out to Paul and the maintenance team. They do a great job of keeping the roads clear and when we had maintenance issues, Paul was always there sooner than I expected. He and Gia in the front office are the kind of people who genuinely want to help out. The community is pretty quiet and fairly friendly. Over the course of the pandemic it was nice to see so many folks out walking. The grounds have a nice amount of interest for daily short walks.

My husband and I have been renting here for the past 8 years. We are very happy here, and the maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. Gia is the absolute best apartment manager. We liked her the first day we met her. Please keep her, always. Maintenance does a fantastic job keeping the grounds nice, and with plowing. This is a quiet community, and a high recommend to anyone. The location is so convenient for shopping, and accessing major highways.

1095 at top floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Compared so far, here looks newest, cleanest and quietest. 1495 comes with a complementary garage.
