You can't drop off animals, but you can adopt from there. Woodbridge Animal Shelter takes dogs & cats & is a no kill shelter. Elizabeth shelter is a kill shelter.
You cannot drop off a dog there. You need to go to a larger city shelter like in Elizabeth or Newark.
