Actually, you must be at least 21. Cat adoption fees are $100 for kittens, less for adult cats. Dog fees range from $100 to $200. If you live in New Jersey, we can usually check home ownership on the on-line tax records. For dogs, everyone living in the household, including dogs, must come to the shelter for a meet and greet.

Must be 18. If you live with your parents, they must ok it with the shelter. If you rent, you need a letter from your landlord. If you own, then a copy of your mortgage. Cats cost $100, and dogs depend on size. Anywhere from $250-$350. You need to fill out an application, as well.
