Costco tire really messed up. Not only they are so freaking slow (2.5hr average waiting time even with an appointment), they don't care about customer's car. They went through my glovebox taking out all the stuff not putting them back in, only to find the wheel lock that I put on the dash and they never looked careful enough. The drivers seat was pulled all the way back and sitting without putting any protective surfaces putting all the dirt and grimes on my seat. This is what has been going on for so many years and never seem to improve or bother to listen. So annoying

I dealt with two really good guys, Jon and Forest. The guys were professional and informative and made the entire process go smooth. The crew that installed the tires did a great job and my truck rides great again. I searched the internet and called a few tire shops looking for the best deal, Costco was the best.

I don't usually write reviews but this is probably the only thing I can do for Foster. This man went above and beyond in helping me choose the right tire when I haven't done enough research and ordered the wrong tire. I can't thank him enough for the attention to detail installing my aftermarket wheel especially when there's also a line of people waiting for assistance. He gives every customer the same amount of attention regardless of the amount of people waiting or the numerous calls he has to answer. He even brought out the tires to show me in person the difference between what I bought and what I should've bought when he could've just let me make my mistake knowing I couldn't refund it. This man deserves a raise for simply enjoying doing what he does while going above and beyond for every customer.

No you dont its 1st come 1st serv type order however after our cell purchases and rebate cards where sent I found same tires cheaper at Mavis tires I was very upset I could have used the cards on food and other items i needed but at the same time there warranty is above all else so your choice
You can still get tire service. Doesnt matter if you have a nail in your tire.
I had them check my tire for a nail. I called ahead of time and they told me the best times for a walk-in. Which I did but it still took 1 hour.
If you call them during business hours, there should be somebody at the desk who will pick up the phone. I've only ever gotten a call back from them when my tire order came in.

Scheduling will guarantee your appointment but if it's an emergency you can walk in, I would recommend going there early, at least 30 minutes prior to opening. (Opens 8 a.m.)
