How can I get somebody on the phone. Everyhing is automated

You literally have to go by there. It's ridiculous, but 100% true. I'm not even sure why they have a phone, but it's never answered. The other option is to call from the moment they open til they close back to back until you get someone.

Just go by when they're open they're very busy right now because of everything that's going on just go by and open an hours when you have a chance and you'll be fine

Keep trying idk. My gf has had to do it 2 days in a row. I'm sure there's a road of options that will lead you there even if it isn't exactly why you're calling.
