Take it to the vet. They have one at tbe Humane society, otherwise take it to Greenville Animal Care, which also has affordable care. Or, return it to where you got it.
Take him to a vet. Hudson Road Veterinary Clinic is nice. Your pup needs a good check up and shots when appropriate. If it is an emergency there is a clinic off Haywood Road. Google it.
