There is a parking garage on 1st,2nd not 3rd.there is 5 floors. all 2gthr.
I just moved to every. And no, there is no under ground parking. The parking is almost like how it would be at an air port. Starts from the first floor and goes all the way up to parking on the roof. But there is no under ground parking.
