Why doesn't walmart check fluids during a oil change. They used to. Also my husband requested them to rotate his tires. When we got ready to pick it up they had not rotated them. Why are they getting so slack?

CAUSE WALMART CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO,,AND GET AWAY WITH IT,,,,,,EVERYONE WILL STILL BE WAITING IN LINE TO MAKE A PURCHASE,,,IT'S NOT RUN ON THE TRUE AMERICAN VALUES THAT MADE IT THE GIANT THAT IT IS TODAY,,,AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE,,

Try asking Walmart? I imagine they could give you a better answer than anyone else.
