When I visited I was helped right away. I thought I'd have to settle for a phone color and model that I didn't quite want but the store representative searched the back and actually located the EXACT phone I wanted for my upgrade. They had me upgraded, checked out, and set up within 20 minutes! Best service ever!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. The most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. When Jason couldn’t help and give me answers to questions he was UNWILLING to contact AT&T, another store, or a more knowledgeable employee. He was also reluctant to give me his name but acknowledge he was giving poor service and did not care.

Very disappointed. I called the store to make sure they were going to stay open until the posted closing time. After driving all the way there they decided to close the store 20 mins early. Smh. Who ever was working that evening can just Eat a bag of ducks!

I wasn't pleased with a transaction from 3 weeks ago, I wasn't informed properly and there was no remorse although it was an obvious mistake regarding a phone upgrade
