Not sure about shirts but I order groceries and the pick up is usually before the time indicated they send an email
Never has it taken me two hours to pick up anything from Wal-Mart. Even with the stress from the Holiday Season thats just absurd. Speak to someone in management, they will do what it takes to get you on your way!! Merry Christmas
Shipping and receiving is inundated with more orders than usual this time of year. A two hour wait is not usual. Speaking with a manager may help locate your item. Go online and describe what happened and you may receive compensation for your long wait. Wal-Mart always tries to keep their customers happy. Merry Christmas.

I never had to wait that long but considering layaway is now being offered I'd expect longer than average wait times but two hours is absurd.
