Few questions: 1. Does the phone number work? 2. For a full service and scratch repair, what does the wait time look like? 3. Do you have to make an appointment before you arrive and if yes, how to do it if the phone line isn’t working?

The line works, it's just loud there.

I once tried the phone number and it was working. For full service wash it is like 15-30min. It always depend and how many cars are inline, but once you car has the turn, it is pretty quick. I am not sure about the appointments though.

I tried calling three times today and no one picked up. It just brought me to a loud ring at the end of its cycle. I might just have to try another day. As for a full service, I’m talking more on the wash, wax and scratch removing side. Does anyone have experience with this?
