Stopped in to get some I fo was the numerous deals that never seem to be super clear. The person at the counter was not helpful at all and was to send me off to call the call center. Thankfully the manager came Ober and helped me with some info and that is all I needed. Thanks to Alan I did just walk out, nice that some people realize that it is all about service and attention and the manager did that well.

My rep Roshaun was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He helped me get a new phone and Ipad that I was long overdue for. He also really considered my actual needs when it came to the devices. He set everything up with me and gave me an A1 experience!!

The moment I stepped in the store, I was welcomed politely by the staff members. I wanted to get a new Fios line for myself but ended up getting a new phone as well. The way everyone dealt me was super friendly and convincing. Surely one of the best Verizon stores out there with a home-like environment. No doubt I’ll come here again!

Excellent customer service!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!!! From the minute I walked in until the minute I left they were so helpful and I felt so welcomed! My grandfather who is 83 years old had an issue with his phone and they solved it no problem while making everything fast and easy. We worked with Alvaro and Francisco and they were so polite to him making sure his every need was attended to. They even got him a cup of water because it was very hot outside that day! Not to mention they even came out to our car to help him set up his Bluetooth. Words can’t describe how happy I was to see there are still people like this in the world that we live in today! I will most definitely be going back and recommend everyone else does as well!

Ms Doherty, Thanks for the question and Yes, you can bring the faulty Set Top Box and we can replace with a new STB without any charge. We are open for business from 9:00AM to 8:00PM (Monday - Saturday) and from 11:00AM to 6:00PM (Sunday).

If you are the account owner of then we will need the account number and PIN with that carrier and we may need additional information for the number to be moved to Verizon. Yes but you need to call the Verizon FiOS customer service number and they set everything up and then all you have to do is go to the store where your stuff will be ready if it is in stock. It's very seem less. Good luck.

I think maybe only a Fios store, not a regular Verizon store. I was told the closes stores just to return boxes is 362 main street Malden,Ma... the other one is Danvers I think it's main street almost across the street from the Old famous Rocco' s pizza.maybe just a block up on the corner. I've been to both stores to drop off boxes for friends in the past month rather then return free shipping.. they just drop in a card board box. Not sure if they give you those or if they have new ones on hand. Small pain. Hope this helps. One girl in Malden is really great,the other mess up on a return and look up account and shut wrong box off which turn into a few nightmares..my friend wondered why no tv at home for a few days and so far has spent over 6 hours on hold and tried to resolve. Now there still may be a return issue because she gave a receipt for the wrong box which has caused a billing issue now. Which means more phone calls. I may go back in person and say something
