Hey folks. Trying to use the order online feature. Signed up and I can't seem to add anything to the cart. Says zero balance do I have to add money before I shop?

There's only one line for online pickup orders and all other windows have no lines. You're better off not ordering ahead. Just head in, walk up to any of the four or five budtenders who have no lines in front of them. Then tell them what you want. That is what I will be doing on my next visit.

No, their online ordering is very poorly managed and monitored. Believe it or not it took me longer to checkout placing an online order than 4 people, who showed up without online ordering ahead of time.
