When you visit either a quick service restaurant or table service to make a reservation, let them know the type of food you need or that you are diabetic. They will appoint a chef in the kitchen to make your food especially for you. You have to have a specific allergy or a specific health reason in order to get food specially made. The regular menus on mobile ordering sometimes list them but if you don't see them, ask for them when you get to the restaurant.
